i found the location ideal. the room had nice window seating. the yoga mat was a great touch. the staff stored my luggage after checkout, which i appreciated (it allowed me to explore more).
i noticed some street noise in the evenings, though it wasn't too disruptive.

the hotel's location was very convenient, close to many attractions. i liked the window seat overlooking the river (it provided a beautiful view). the staff was friendly and accommodating. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

The location was very convenient. I walked to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was helpful, especially when I asked for directions. The room included padded hangers, which i appreciated. I also liked that there was a yoga mat available for my use.
Housekeeping only cleaned my room once during my four-night stay. This was not acceptable (in my opinion). there was no knife available to cut my pizza. I think a knife should be available, not just a plastic utensil.

I enjoyed a suite upgrade on the 12th floor. It featured a separate sitting room. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The Riverwalk and many restaurants were very close to the hotel.
I found the shower a little lacking in power. (A minor issue, really.)
